Wow. You got Nate & Ryan to give their introductory process complimentary. That is incredible. I have done it and I can't recommend it enough!!!

Everyone should attend this and find out what Ryan & Nate can do for them financially. It's completely shifted my financial paradigm!

Some of my passions are health, raw foods and caring for Mother Earth! My business gives me the opportunity to share these passions with others. "Raw Recipe Box" is an on-line place where people can go to store, organize and share their raw recipes, as well as learn about the benefits of eating raw and have access to helpful tools like shopping lists, meal plans, demo-videos and my favorite resources for doing raw on a budget. II'll primarily be targeting those who are just getting into raw foods and who want the basics in a simple, easy way.

Many people aren't even aware of WHAT raw food is and WHY it's better than cooked. In a nutshell, when food is heated over 115 degrees, the heat begins to kill 70-80% of the vitamins and minerals, 50% of the protein and ALL of the food's natural enzymes that help to digest it. Eating a mostly raw food diet gives your body MORE nutrients with LESS calories, and most people experience weight loss when they begin to eat more raw. Start by eating a diet that's only 50% raw and work up from there. 50% is easy to do by adding a green smoothie in the morning and a fresh, green salad before lunch and dinner. Then eat whatever you would normally eat., and little by little you'll ikely find yourself feeling more satiisfied with the raw stuff and eating less of the other. Then, when you're feeling creative, check out my blog or newsletter for some simple, easy and reasonably priced raw foods that taste delicious....like zucchini pasta with marinara sauce; thai coconut curry noodles, and my new favorites, corn jalapeno chips and spicy kale chips! YUM!

Currently, my website is still under construction, but I do have a blog (www.rawrecipebox.blogspot.com) and a newsletter (info@rawrecipebox.com) where I share tips, recipes and a schedule of the classes I teach in the community. Send me an email if you have questions or would like to be added to the newsletter. I've found eating raw is a lot of fun and my body feels SOOOO much better than it ever has before. I look forward to sharing what I've learned with all of you!

I would love to learn more about Biz Divas and to invite Biz Divas members to be a part of our "What Today's Women Want" Expo. Based on market research we anticipate an attendance of over 7,000 women from all over Southeastern Idaho. The expo will feature everything that today's women want, deserve and are consciously and unconsciously reaching for and claiming in their lives. The expo will be held on the 16th and 17th of October in Idaho Falls, Idaho.

How good can I stand it? has become my new mantra. Based on the work of Gay and Katie Hendricks (www.hendricks.com) , the question challenges me to stay in positive thought and choosing joy whenever possible. The average person can only hold joy for 6 seconds. We get to expand our capacity for feeling good, which I will expound upon in future blogs. Choose to be happy right now and see how long you can hold that joy before a negative thought or situation arises. Then have fun recommitting over and over again to FEELING GOOD!<br/>with love and beauty, Auretha Callison, Intuition Image Styling
